Can’t get away from the house today. I wanted to run but with the time change the kids were up early and with my wife out of town I can’t leave them here while I run…sooooo…I figure some modified version of Murph would be good. I am going to do this when they nap:
400 KB swings (only doing so many because the only KB we have is only 10#)
Can break up the reps anyway you wish, but try to complete as fast as possible.
Results: Completed it 31:58. The KB swings were nothing more than a time for me to catch my breath. Doing with that little weight was sort of a waste of time.
