Today is a day to get better at the snatch

Warmup
400m run
3 rounds not for time of
10 snatch balance, PVC or light bar
10 kip pullups
10 overhead squats with PVC

Strength
Take 20 minutes to build up to a 1 RM overhead squat

WOD
30 snatches for time at 60% of your 1 RM overhead squat

Warmdown
Roll out
