3 thursters
3 chest 2 bar pullups

Strength
5×5 deadlift

Results
I made it to the round of 18 pullups and finished 8 pullups before the bell ran. So I did 3/3, 6/6, 9/9, 12/12, 15/15 and 18 thrusters and 8 pullups.

For the DL I did 5×225, 5×225, 5×235, 3×245, 3×245. I will get 300# someday for a DL. As a guy who used to struggle just doing 135# at 24 Hour Fitness I will take 5 at 225.
