First day at CrossFit Crush and THANKFULLY we had an EMOTM WOD. How I have missed thee!

Warmup
Squat holds
PVC pass throughs

Strength
EMOTM for 10 min
Clean and jerk

WOD
“Barbara”
5 RFT with exactly 2 min of rest between each round
20 pullups
30 pushups
40 situps
50 squats

Results
I love EMOTM workouts and was pumped for this one. My reps went like this: round 1 @ 165#, rd 2 @ 165#, rd 3 @ 185#, rd 4 @ 185#, rd 5 @ 185#, rd 6 @ 195#, rd 7 @ 195# (failed on 2nd rep), rd 8-10 @ 185#.

For Barbara there was a 30 min time cap and I made it through 4 rounds and got in 17 pullups before the clock hit 30:00. It felt good. Can’t wait for tomorrow.
