Jump rope and work on double unders

Strength #1
5×5 deadlift
Work on  double-unders between each set of deadlifts

60 min boot camp class at 24 Hour Fitness

Strength #2
5×5 weighted pullups
Work on double-unders between each set

Deadlift went: 135, 185, 235, 255, 255. I’ll take those numbers considering my 1RM just a few months ago was 265 and the 300# DL is on the horizon.

Boot camp was sweat inducing. Holy shhhh…Lots of upper body work today and a lot of good work.

Weighted pullups: 20, 20, 20, 20, no weight. I was pretty gassed by this time. Didn’t have much left.
