WOD – 01.06.2013

Go run or walk, something. It’s been a while since the weather was close to nice enough to go outside and run. So I did.

I went to the Aurora Reservoir and walked for about a half mile then ran for about 7 and walked/jogged for the last mile or so. It felt good. My lungs and heart felt great as I never felt winded but my legs started to feel real heavy. As I type this my fingers are still cold and I have been home for about 45 minutes (and I wore gloves). It was about 20 degrees when I started and maybe 30 when I finished. At least there wasn’t much snow on the ground.

I moved for about 8.5 miles and ran for at least 7 of those miles.
