DON’T DO CROSSFIT – IT IS DANGEROUS AND YOU COULD GET HURT!!

Oh, the horror!!! Olympic lifts done at high reps could hurt you! The coaching sucks! How many deadlifts were programmed in the Open?!?!

Well, how about running for long distances? Two people died doing a half marathon this weekend.

I’ll stick to CrossFit, thank you.
