Difference between a Games athlete and you?

They “warmup” for 65 minutes! I remember watching a video on Lucas Parker, similar to this one on Chad Mackay and Parker does the same thing: very long warmup with lots of mobility. If I have a long warmup it is like 10 minutes. Oh, and Mackay eats his lunch in a couch stretch. Try that one on for size!
