WOD – 01.09.2013

Swimming. Need to hit the pool again. I need a rest day from the weights and the pool is a great place for me to still get in some work but go easy on my joints.


WOD – 11.13.2012

Today’s WOD is simple: swim. Go swimming. In my preparation for my first triathlon next summer I need to re-learn how to swim. So today I did laps, or half laps, and just swam in the pool for about 30 minutes.
